Oracle Unveils Fusion Claw for Governed Enterprise AI

Oracle has launched Fusion Claw, a governed execution runtime that brings AI agents into its Fusion Cloud Applications, alongside 25 new agentic applications for business workflows.
Unveiled at an event in Austin, Texas, Fusion Claw combines AI reasoning with deterministic enterprise computation. The system uses frontier models, including Google Gemini and OpenAI, for planning, but hands execution to auditable business logic — so every agent action can be checked and authorised in real time.
The 25 new applications cover finance, human resources, supply chain and sales, from ledger automation to workforce staffing and shipping consolidation. They take Oracle’s Fusion agentic applications portfolio to 75.
Shares rose about 4 per cent on the news. Analysts said the governance-first pitch addresses the biggest blockers to enterprise AI adoption: cost and control. General release is expected in early October.
Analysts noted the move targets the biggest blockers in enterprise AI: agents that reason step-by-step are expensive at scale, and unaudited agents fail compliance reviews. Fusion Claw runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and major systems integrators including Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG and PwC endorsed the launch. Oracle also unveiled compliance tools Nexus Case Flow and Nexus Reach for banks alongside the announcement.
