PaleBlueDot AI raises $200M at $3.2B valuation

Palo Alto-based PaleBlueDot AI has raised $200 million in Series C funding at a $3.2 billion valuation.
The round was led by ComputeCore, with existing investor B Capital and other global investors participating. The company announced the financing on October 1.
Founded in 2024, PaleBlueDot runs dedicated GPU clusters, a marketplace connecting customers with third-party compute capacity, and serverless inference infrastructure.
The company says it had signed more than $5 billion in customer contracts by September 30. Its B300 cluster in Japan recently received Nvidia Exemplar Cloud status, which benchmarks infrastructure against Nvidia’s reference standards.
CEO Stephen Watts said the company will broaden its customer base with a focus on frontier labs and enterprises in the US.
The financing follows a Series B announced in January. Customers from the US and Japan together account for more than half of monthly revenue.
Why it matters: the round shows investors are still pouring money into AI compute infrastructure as demand for GPUs outstrips supply.
