Benfica host Bayern Munich on September 30 in the UEFA Women's Champions League league phase, with both sides chasing their first win of the campaign.

Benfica opened with a 2-1 away victory over Juventus, giving them three points from Matchday 1. Bayern drew 2-2 with Manchester City, surrendering a two-goal lead late on.

Kick-off in Lisbon is at 9:00pm local time, the same slot as Lyon versus Chelsea in the evening's other big tie.

Bayern have now failed to win their last three UWCL matches. Their last longer winless run in the competition stretched from December 2024 to October 2025.

The German giants led City from the 11th minute before Carlotta Wamser struck in the 86th minute to salvage a point for the English side.

Benfica have grown increasingly competitive in Europe in recent seasons and will back themselves to take points at home.

Wednesday's other fixtures see Roma host Barcelona, Hacken face Juventus, and Paris FC take on Arsenal at 6:45pm. Matchday 2 continues on Thursday with Manchester City hosting Real Madrid.
