Case Keenum passed for two touchdowns in his first NFL start in almost three years, leading the Chicago Bears to a stunning 27-7 win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football at Soldier Field.

Stepping in for the injured Caleb Williams, Keenum completed 24 of 34 passes for 247 yards. He also scored his first rushing touchdown since 2019 on a one-yard plunge late in the game. It was his first action since starting for Houston in a loss to Cleveland in December 2023.

Kalif Raymond caught six passes for 90 yards and a touchdown, while D’Andre Swift ran for 84 yards. Chicago held the ball for nearly 37 minutes and finished with 375 total yards of offence.

Philadelphia turned the ball over three times and managed only 248 yards. Jalen Hurts threw for 153 yards with an interception. The loss was the Eagles’ worst offensive performance in four seasons by EPA per drive. Both teams now sit at 2-1, but their paths there look very different.
