‘Prem Keetanu’ trailer out: Veer Pahariya’s campus love triangle
The trailer for 'Prem Keetanu', starring Veer Pahariya, was unveiled on September 22, previewing a campus love triangle.
Pahariya plays Vishal, a college backbencher who falls for Suhani, played by debutante Aafiya Sayed. Aparshakti Khurana plays Ranjeet, a stylish rival who also tries to win over Suhani and her family, according to Filmfare.
The trailer moves through friendship, jealousy and a physical scuffle between the rivals, and closes with a nod to Anil Kapoor's Majnu Bhai from 'Welcome'. The film is directed by Apoorv Singh Karki and set in Uttar Pradesh and the Delhi-NCR region.
It releases in theatres worldwide on October 2, on the Gandhi Jayanti weekend, where it will clash with 'Drishyam: The Conclusion'. Pahariya has denied reports that the film is a remake of the Malayalam hit 'Premalu'.
