SRIT India IPO Opens to Raise Rs 218.40 Crore

SRIT India, a Bengaluru-based IT and ITeS services company, opened its Rs 218.40-crore initial public offering for subscription on Monday, September 28. The issue will close on September 30, with listing proposed on October 6 on the NSE and BSE.
The book-built issue carries a price band of Rs 123 to Rs 130 per share and comprises entirely a fresh issue of up to 1.68 crore shares, with no offer-for-sale component. The minimum bid lot is 115 shares, translating into a retail investment of Rs 14,950 at the upper end of the band.
The company plans to deploy about Rs 124 crore of the proceeds towards working capital and Rs 12.86 crore for capital expenditure, including modernisation of existing products and AI platform upgrades. It reported FY26 operating revenue of Rs 450 crore and profit after tax of Rs 43.29 crore, with an order book of about Rs 1,204.72 crore as of June 30.
Grey market trackers cited premiums of around 12% ahead of the opening, indicating early investor interest. Subscription trends and the October 1 allotment will be closely watched as one of this week's busiest primary-market offerings.
