The White House left CNN off Air Force One for President Donald Trump’s Saturday trip to a college football game in Tennessee, the latest media restriction in an ongoing press dispute.

CNN, a member of the US network video pool that rotates shooting duties, had been scheduled to fly aboard the president’s plane for the midday game between the University of Tennessee and the University of Texas in Knoxville. White House guidance issued Friday night instead included Real America’s Voice, a conservative outlet.

The move came just after CNN, MS NOW and Politico returned to the White House complex following a judge’s order restoring their access. US District Judge Timothy Kelly temporarily struck down Trump’s ban in an overnight ruling Thursday.

But Kelly’s order covered hard passes to the White House grounds, not pool duties or Air Force One travel. The spot meant for CNN has long been reserved for a member of the network video pool, which Real America’s Voice is not part of.

The White House did not respond to requests for comment. A written pool report Saturday confirmed there was “no TV pool” for the travel.
