Actor Gauahar Khan has sold her duplex apartment in Mumbai’s Versova for Rs 6.01 crore, nearly doubling her money in 12 years.

Khan purchased the property in November 2014 for Rs 3.2 crore, according to registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The sale, registered on September 24, 2026, marks an appreciation of about 88 per cent, or Rs 2.81 crore.

The duplex is located in Versova Shiv Kutir Co-operative Housing Society in S.V.P. Nagar, Andheri West. It has a super built-up area of 2,340 sq ft and a built-up area of 1,872 sq ft, working out to about Rs 32,100 per sq ft. The buyers paid Rs 36.06 lakh in stamp duty.

Khan, who won Bigg Boss 7 in 2013, continues to work in Hindi films and television. She had earlier purchased three apartments worth Rs 10.13 crore in the same Versova project with her husband Zaid Darbar.

Versova remains a popular micro-market for film and television personalities, with several high-value deals in recent years.
