Meta brings its Muse AI assistant to the iPad

Meta has launched a dedicated iPad app for its Muse personal AI assistant.
The announcement came on 7 October. The app is version 10.0.
It comes a month after Muse launched on iPhone and Android on 8 September 2026.
Muse has crossed 6.6 million installs since launch, according to Sensor Tower.
It has spent weeks as the number one free iPhone app on the US App Store.
The assistant connects user accounts, called connectors. It can handle email, meetings, bills, reservations, groceries, goals and purchases.
It asks for approval before sensitive actions.
The iPad release adds new connectors aimed at small businesses.
These include Asana, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, QuickBooks, GitHub, Klaviyo, Zoom and Meta ad accounts, along with Notion and Granola.
Retail partners include Best Buy, Gap, Sephora, Walmart and Wayfair.
The app is free to download. Paid tiers called Power and Maximum cost $20 and $100 a month. They raise usage limits.
The app needs iPadOS 18 or later.
TechCrunch noted that Instagram took 15 years to get an iPad app. Muse took a month.
