FKA Twigs and Shia LaBeouf Settle NDA Dispute

FKA Twigs and Shia LaBeouf have settled their latest legal dispute over a non-disclosure agreement. The singer’s lawyer filed a notice of settlement in the Los Angeles Superior Court on October 5 and asked for the case to be dismissed.
As part of the resolution, LaBeouf agreed that the disputed nondisclosure provisions are terminated and void. Twigs is now free to speak about her alleged experiences with the actor and to support charitable causes without fear of reprisal, according to the court filing.
Twigs filed the lawsuit in March, accusing LaBeouf of trying to silence her with an unlawful NDA from their 2020 sexual battery settlement. Her lawyer Mathew Rosengart said the victory frees her to discuss her experience and advocate for other women. LaBeouf’s lawyer Shawn Holley said the actor wishes Twigs nothing but the best.
The pair dated from 2018 to 2019 after meeting on the set of Honey Boy. Twigs first sued LaBeouf in 2020, and the parties settled that case out of court last year.
