Oracle Launches Fusion Claw AI Agents Inside ERP Software

Oracle has launched Fusion Claw, an AI agent layer built directly into its Fusion Applications software. The announcement was made on September 29 at an event in Austin, Texas. Oracle shares rose about 4.2 per cent on the news.
Fusion Claw adds 25 agentic applications, taking Oracle’s total Fusion Agentic Applications portfolio to 75. The apps handle finance, HR, supply chain and sales tasks such as ledger automation, workforce staffing, shipping consolidation and territory planning.
The system splits the work. Frontier AI models, including Google Gemini and OpenAI models, handle reasoning and planning. Deterministic enterprise computation then executes the transactions, keeping results exact and auditable.
Oracle says every run is logged with role-based access, approvals and an audit trail. The pitch targets compliance-conscious companies worried about cost and control.
Analysts say the move shifts the enterprise AI race from models to governance. With AI agents entering core business systems, buyers will judge vendors on auditability as much as intelligence.
