NeGD Invites AI Engineers, Data Scientist Under Digital India
The National e-Governance Division has invited applications for AI engineer and senior data scientist roles. The hiring is part of the Digital India programme.
The official Digital India account posted the opportunity alert on October 3, 2026. Applications close on October 15, 2026.
The hiring graphic lists two AI engineer posts for candidates with 5 to 9 years of experience. There is one senior data scientist post for candidates with 6 to 10 years of experience.
Applications go through the Digital India Corporation portal at ora.digitalindiacorporation.in. Full terms are available on negd.gov.in and dic.gov.in.
The post does not publish pay, age limits or the full qualification table. Those details sit in the detailed notice. Candidates should read that notice before applying rather than treating the social post as the complete advertisement.
The NeGD drives technology-led governance projects across the country. AI engineers at the division work on platforms that deliver public services digitally to millions of citizens.
