India vs West Indies T20I Series Starts Oct 6 in Lucknow
India’s five-match T20I series against the West Indies begins on October 6 at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow, with the first match scheduled to start at 7:00 PM IST.
The series will then move to Ranchi on October 9, Indore on October 11, Hyderabad on October 14 and conclude in Bengaluru on October 17, according to the BCCI.
Shreyas Iyer will captain the T20I side, with Tilak Varma named vice-captain. The squad includes Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan, Sanju Samson, Kuldeep Yadav, Axar Patel, Arshdeep Singh and Mayank Yadav.
In a fresh change, Naman Dhir has replaced Washington Sundar in the T20I squad, Cricket Times reported. The team management opted to give Sundar a longer preparation window for an upcoming Test assignment.
The ODI leg of the tour concluded on October 3 in New Chandigarh, with India wrapping up the three-match series. The matches will be broadcast live on JioHotstar and the Star Sports Network.
