Nvidia launches $4,999 DGX Spark 64GB for on-device AI agents

Nvidia has announced a 64GB version of its DGX Spark desktop AI system, starting at $4,999. It goes on sale October 23 through Acer, ASUS, Dell, Gigabyte, HP and MSI. The company announced it on October 2.
The system uses the same GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, DGX OS and NVIDIA AI software stack as the 128GB model. It can run models of up to 100 billion parameters entirely on the device, with no cloud needed.
It ships with the NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, CUDA-X libraries, Nemotron open models, and runtimes including Ollama, vLLM and PyTorch. Two units can be linked through the NVIDIA Sync Cluster Assistant to pool 128GB of memory and run models up to 200 billion parameters.
Nvidia says clustering two units delivers up to 1.7 times the performance of a single system. The pitch is simple: run AI agents and models privately on the desk instead of paying per-token cloud fees.
The 64GB model lowers the entry price for local AI development. The original 128GB DGX Spark remains available for larger single-box workloads.
