Netflix has released the official trailer of Reporting Live, its upcoming investigative thriller headlined by Parineeti Chopra. The film premieres on the streaming platform on October 9, 2026.

The trailer introduces Chopra as a journalist who takes on the sand mining mafia, promising a tense cat-and-mouse story about the risks reporters take to expose the truth. It marks the directorial debut of Dhruv Tripathi, who co-wrote the film with Mihir Jadhav.

The ensemble cast includes Deven Bhojani, Amol Palekar, Adil Hussain and Shekhar Suman. The film is produced by Partha Kiran Thakur and Joshua Shirsath.

Investigative dramas rooted in real-world issues have found a steady audience on streaming in recent years, and Reporting Live positions itself squarely in that space. With a well-known lead and a topical subject, the trailer has set up expectations for a gritty, issue-driven thriller when it lands on Netflix next week.
