Reliance to Invest Rs 1 Lakh Cr in Andhra for CBG

Reliance Industries plans to invest Rs 1 lakh crore in Andhra Pradesh to set up compressed biogas plants, Executive Director Anant Ambani said on October 2.
The projects are expected to create over 3 lakh jobs and generate nearly Rs 60,000 crore in revenue for the state over the coming decades.
Ambani announced the plan at the foundation ceremony for the Rayalaseema Horticulture Hub and the Indian School of Agriculture in Madanapalle.

Reliance will also work with the agriculture school on digital farmer education, Jio Krishi technology, AI-driven farming tools and high-tech animal husbandry.
